Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Software Engineering Manager based in Singapore. The role involves overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, leading and managing a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. The candidate will take ownership of software design, implement and maintain distributed systems, and manage complex projects to ensure they meet technical and business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with organizational goals is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Software Development and Software Design principles, with expertise in building scalable applications.
• Demonstrated skills in Team Leadership, including mentoring and guiding software development teams towards achieving goals.
• Proven expertise in Distributed Systems and architecture, ensuring reliable and efficient solutions for enterprise-grade systems.
• Proficiency in Project Management to oversee timelines, resources, and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and a strategic mindset to drive technological innovation and collaboration.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Experience with AI integration, Agile methodologies, and business automation tools is an added advantage.
