From the delivery order to the invoice.
And the driver’s pay.
Built for earthworks, soil disposal and tipper haulage. Your rate cards, your order books, your material types - so a finished trip becomes a client invoice and a driver’s commission at the same time, with nobody re-keying it in between.
Six steps. No re-keying.
Drivers work from their phone. The office runs dispatch, billing and driver pay from one dashboard. Keep your paper DO — Fleet Ops reads it and carries the numbers through.
Step 1: Operations creates a job with route, vehicle, and driver — visible to all instantly.

The paper trail, handled
The parts of bulk-haul work that eat the month: order books, rate cards, DO slips and driver pay.
Digital Order Books
Your DO number ranges, assigned per driver, with the next book already queued. Cancelled numbers return to the book.
Versioned Rate Cards
Per client, priced per trip, m³, ton or hour. Change a rate tomorrow and yesterday's invoices stay exactly as issued.
Driver Commission Pay
Each driver's percentage is frozen onto the trip at acceptance. One finished trip, one invoice line, one payroll line.
Face-Verified Acceptance
Drivers accept trips with a face check. You know which driver — yours or a subcontractor's — actually took that load.
Delivery Order Capture
Photograph the paper DO and the numbers come off it. Or switch a project to your client's own printed slips.
Invoices & Salary Reports
Branded invoices, an invoice ledger with exports, salary reports with arrears and settlement. All from the same trips.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Fleet Ops and which businesses is it built for?
Fleet Ops is a back-office system for bulk-haul operators - earthworks, soil disposal, aggregate supply and tipper haulage. It runs the chain from the delivery order in the driver's hand through to the client invoice and the driver's own pay, replacing paper DO slips, WhatsApp coordination and month-end spreadsheets.
How does Fleet Ops handle per-trip and per-cubic-metre rates?
Each client gets their own rate card, versioned so historical documents are never rewritten when prices change. Rates can be set per trip, per cubic metre, per ton or per hour, and the rate in effect is frozen onto the trip - so what you quoted is what you invoice.
Can it calculate driver commissions as well as client invoices?
Yes, and from the same completed trip. Each driver carries a commission percentage that is versioned and frozen onto the trip at acceptance, so a finished trip produces both an invoice line and a payroll line. Salary reports, arrears and settlement are built in.
We use our own numbered DO books. Does that still work?
Both ways work. Fleet Ops manages your delivery-order number ranges as digital order books assigned per driver, with a queued next-book system. Where a client requires their own printed slip number instead, that can be enabled per project.
How do you know which driver actually took a load?
Drivers accept a trip with a face check against their enrolled photo, and an acceptance photo is captured. Driver, vehicle and destination are then frozen on that trip once its first delivery order is generated, giving an auditable record for subcontractor and client disputes.
Will it work on site where the signal is bad?
Yes. The driver app runs on Android and iOS, and photo uploads are chunked and resume by themselves when the phone reconnects - built for excavation sites and underground works rather than an office desk.
How long does deployment take?
Typically days, not months. We configure Fleet Ops around your existing job orders, rates and material types so your team does not need to change how they work.
Is Fleet Ops eligible for Singapore government grant support?
Orange Den works with Singapore SMEs on grant-supported deployments, including the Enterprise Development Grant. Eligibility and support levels are set by Enterprise Singapore and depend on your company and project, so we will confirm your position before you commit.
